Red Fox Recruitment are an independent Recruitment Consultancy who specialise in the supply of Industrial, Production, Commercial, Construction, Manufacturing & Engineering candidates to local companies, in and around the Greater Manchester area. We provide a consultative service, working closely in partnership with clients and candidates.

Based in Bolton, we have over 10 years hands-on Recruitment experience and are focused on providing an ethical outlook which enables us to offer a fair and cost-effective service to both clients and candidates alike.

We recognise the importance of getting it right the first time, so, where possible, we’ll try to visit your place of work prior to placing any personnel, ensuring that you get the most suitable staffing solution when positions arise. We feel this is important from a mutual point of view as you may want advice on the best Recruitment solution whilst we can understand important issues such as your Health & Safety procedures.

We spend a significant amount of time and energy attracting the best local candidates through our website, regular advertising and personal recommendations by both clients and candidates. Due to Health & Safety legislation, we also ensure that everyone we place has at least an intermediate level of spoken & written English so in the event that their command of English is not of a sufficient standard, we’ll point them in the right direction to brush up their language skills so they can come back to us when they’re ready to fully understand their duties.

Having met and interviewed all candidates we’d consider for work, at a specified time & date to confirm their timekeeping is good, we’ll apply for 2 references and this gives us the necessary information to make sure we’re happy sending them to represent ourselves .
